Summer is officially here! Break out the sunblock! Time for me to switch over to my hot weather hairdo as blown-out naturally curly hair + D.C. humidity = scary frizzy mess.
All I can say is that it was 95 degrees here today. Chock full o' humidity. My car showed me so. Just. Plain. Oppressive.
What will August be like?

I'm one with the sun but not that dang humidity. when i'm all sentimental about the arrival of summer it never includes this humidity.
Come to Maine! Today was as humid as it gets up here... 94 percent, but with the temps in the 70s it was glorious... silky air on the skin with out that oppressive feel! Miss DC...except June to mid-Sept., when I don't miss it at all! So come on up to the land of pine trees and fresh air,

Ugh! I hate the heat - I moved to N. California to get away from the awful heat... and then it was 95 degrees the day before. I am definately only "Happy When it Rains" LOL...
