Arg. Bummer. Is it salvgable? Are you sure the design isn't just as good reversed? Hang in there.
Ugh....yep....been there, done that. Believe me Elle, you have LOTS of company......

Get that camera phone out and let's see it. Deborah's probably right. So is Terry, you have lots of company! Maybe it's that whole serendipity thing and this mirrored composition will lead you to something else.
I do it ALL the time! The only hard part is putting it together backwards/upside down. My Delaunay quilt was like that, but no one seems to have noticed, despite the fact that I put the orginal drawing on my blog along with the completed quilt. I'm sure you'll get something wonderful! Just go for it!
I think it can be salvaged...maybe. It's based upon the "Celebration" illustration, so I think I'll go ahead with it and just see how it turns out. My husband was like, "Perhaps it can be saved?" after hearing my anguished cry, LOL. Hey, worse thing that could happen is having to buy more fabric and Wonder Under right?
Great attitude. Plus, Wonder Under is cheap. 99 cents at Walmart. (Don't tell Sonji I shop at Walmart.)
