Did you know that those are hard to do in machine quilting??Debrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07504185070473121551noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10925478.post-1118246664981456212005-06-08T12:04:00.000-04:002005-06-08T12:04:00.000-04:00You are off to a great start!! I really love machine quilting now, but I've still got a lot to learn.Gerriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06292762162661584206noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10925478.post-1118237546956609652005-06-08T09:32:00.000-04:002005-06-08T09:32:00.000-04:00I wish I could see it even larger, Elle. (Better than MY first try did!)

You started with something hard by trying to do that cable thing in the border on a solid background! There's a reason so many machine quilters like free-form designs that don't have to be even and perfectly repeated. ;-)Deb Rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03322863748665701618noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10925478.post-1118237374297488252005-06-08T09:29:00.000-04:002005-06-08T09:29:00.000-04:00I think this is pretty good for a first try, Elle!...I think this is pretty good for a first try, Elle! You must have an affinity for machine quilting. Maybe you just need to go faster in order to get the wiggle out. I'm no expert on it. The spacing looks nice and even, though and suits the piece. Hurrah for you!!!Sonji Hunthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13635126749504933011noreply@blogger.com
